About Frida Westerdahl

Frida works as a medium and channels different dimensions and provides medial guidance. She is also a teacher of mysticism and spiritual and medial development and teaches Kundalini yoga and meditation. Frida has a long career as an actor behind her and has devoted herself to artistic and spiritual affirmation for many years.

Her whole drive comes from wanting to help us believe in ourselves; believe in our ability, to trust our desire, follow our curiosity, affirm our boundaries and needs and open ourselves to the wisdom of our loving heart which is the gateway to our magical soul!
